What does a Day-Of Wedding Coordinator do?
As a Day of Wedding Coordinator, we do just that; we coordinate the logistics of your wedding day to ensure everything you’ve spent months planning runs exactly how you envisioned it. From the arrival times of your vendors, managing the set up of your ceremony and reception venues, to packing up all of your gifts and items at the end of the night, a Day of Wedding Coordinator will take care of it all to ensure that your plans are carried out smoothly. What does a Month-Of Event Coordinator do?
As a Month-Of Coordinator, we meet couples where they are in their planning journey. This role is the most flexible of the three and often varies from couple to couple. Typically, a Month-Of Event Coordinator will come in few months before your wedding day to review what you’ve planned so far and provide a helping hand through the most stressful months of the planning process. What does a Wedding Planner do?
As a Wedding Planner, we do just that; we plan your wedding day from the beginning. From helping you draw up a budget, finding your ideal vendors, constructing the perfect timeline, to overseeing your big day, we do it all. My venue already has an on-site coordinator. Can I still work with you?
Kindly, Cassidie Events works for you, while an onsite coordinator works for the venue. We are in charge of assisting you in finalizing details and coordinating, and working as your #1 consultant throughout those last few months prior to your wedding day. We not only manage vendors and set out your personal touches, but we make sure the entire production of your wedding runs smoothly. Most importantly, our role is to have an eye on every moving piece including the venue, to ensure the day is seamless.
I’m confident in my planning abilities and am excited to plan my own wedding — do I still need a wedding coordinator?
Kindly, Cassidie Events loves working with couples who are excited and ready to plan their own wedding, yet value the role a coordinator will play as the day approaches.
